concert draft

oncert Report Assignment
You must upload you a draft of your concert report for peer review by two fellow students. Need a refresher? Concert Report Guidelines.
Your draft will be peer reviewed by two students in the class (and YOU will be assigned two papers to review as well).
Guidelines
Report Upload:
Your draft must be complete (Introduction, Body, Conclusion, Citations) in order to receive credit
You should edit your paper for grammar and word flow before uploading
Peer Review (Due one week later)
Your peer review paper assignments will appear after the assignment due date.
Use the rubric provided to submit feedback for the two papers assigned to you. You must also leave a comment for the student highlighting: One thing you feel they did best, and what you feel should be their top priority to improve.
Practice consideration with your feedback– making constructive comments to help each person improve, but keeping in mind the humanity of each other.
For help with peer reviews, see tech support section below.

Peer Review Support
Here is the Peer Review Canvas guide for students on this issue, which is very helpful and should be read if you’re having trouble:
Steps:
Go to the Concert Report Module
Click on the “Concert Report Draft” assignment.
At the far right of your screen, you should see notification that you’ve submitted your assignment, plus two names underneath, like so:
Click one of the two names to start a peer review.
To see their paper, you need to either download it (marked 1 in picture) or click “View Feedback” (marked 2 in picture) if you want to view in Canvas:
After you have viewed their assignment and have gathered your feedback for the student, go to the “Show Rubric”(1) link at the top right corner. This opens the Rubric. As you hover over a cell, it will turn green. Click on the cell designation that makes the most sense to you for feedback to assign a score. No points are actually given…this does not affect the student’s overall grade. Rather, you’re choosing the cell with the description that closest describes how you feel about the paper. Pitfall Avoidance: DO NOT make a comment in the rubric section. Somehow, it does not get saved and no one can view it. Go to step 7 for the correct comment location.
After you complete the rubric, make a comment on the student paper to complete your review. Make your comment in the box marked 1 in the picture below.
This would complete your review for that student.
