Hi, this is what my prof wants me to change? I feel my paper is not clear? i have to do one interview with a supervisor in the Define financial group? it is just an example, it is not for real.
•Impact of ethical leadership job satisfaction (JS) — good topic
•Research problem: the impact of leadership style on the JS of employees. — good
•Purpose: to find how employees are driven towards JS through ethical implementations by leaders of their organizations. — good
•Research question: does the ethical leadership style promote the JS of employees in an organization? — delete “loyalty” because it is a big topic, too big
•Literature review: worker motivation, modern theories of motivation, work satisfaction. —- add more ethical leadership articles from our leadership class
•Methodology: surveys, interviews, observational evaluation of participants. —- too many, focus on interviews is better
•Case study deep analysis. —- use some ethical leadership case studies
•Data collection instrument: interview questionnaire: satisfaction of the company culture, opportunities growth, hard work, dedication compensation, being a part of a group, support you need at work from your coworkers, coworkers value personal time.
The above research questions are ok, but you need to add more questions regarding ethical leadership.
•Coding model: theme: ethical leadership, JS, fairness, accountability, moral reasoning. —- if your literature review covered “fairness, accountability, and moral reasoning,” then keep it, otherwise delete it
•Sampling target population: organizational employees at the Q-works fit-out company in Russia. — find a San Diego local company is better.
•Data analysis: needs, goals, and expectations; self-confidence will increase productivity. — good
•Conclusion: ethical leadership improves JS. —-good
