For this assignment, you are to scrutinize a leader who embodies the sort of revolutionary spirit we have envisioned thus far as a class. Please analyze someone who is currently alive. However, I realize that most true revolutionaries die while trying to achieve radical change during their prophetic walks (E.g. You might recall my reason for wanting you to write a review of a specific documentary film).
This paper should not serve as a book report. It is to be a testimony that explains why you believe your chosen leader is a revolutionary. You should explain what lessons you learned which will allow you to take on more pressing leadership roles in your own life. Remember, being a pioneer isn’t easy!
Finally, I ask that you not write on the “usual suspects” or the folks you wrote about in your previous assignments. Go well beyond the typical headlines, the usual ISP searches, and write on individuals who have really affected positive social change in our community writ large!
