Your thesis must be the last sentence of your introduction. Support your argument with evidence from the text. You may also include details about the author’s life and/or writing.

What I am looking for:
An introduction that sets up your argument. Do not summarize the entire story.
A clear thesis statement.
At least three pieces of evidence from the text with detailed explanations.
The use of direct quotes –properly copied, punctuated, and documented.
In-text citations and a works cited list.
Proper grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
