Part 1 Provide a CRITICAL review of the main theories discussed in the learning materials. The review should focus on the nature of, and the strengths and weaknesses of the selected theories and models. Part 2 Select two leaders known to you, either through your professional career or any other direct association and critically analyse the behaviours and styles of leadership applied by them in an organisational context. Discuss both strengths and weaknesses in the application of leadership.
