PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY Part 3 – Ethical Decision-Making Ethical decision-making is the emphasis of the St. Philip’s College Quality Enhancement Plan. At SPC we want to apply moral standards to help us make sound decisions that foster good behavior. Ethical decision-making can be encouraged by using the ethical decision-making process. Using the QEP brief (https://www.alamo.edu/spc/qep/) to guide your discussion, explain the ethical dilemma of the mask debate. In your discussion, you should: Outline and discuss each step of the ethical decision-making process (4 steps) as it relates to the division over mandating wearing a mask. Use the VIP approach to analyze the dilemma: Values- Discuss 3 personal values that may determine what you think about being mandated to wear a mask. How did you acquire these values from parents, politics, religion, education etc.? See the websites below to help you determine and define values.
