in this reserch focus on predict sales in normal in order to develop a demand forecasting model. We will work on with a real dataset that will be collect by a chocolate distribution company in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, in this research will use an effective algorithm, which is stated before, it is proposed to use the neural networks to get results that are more accurate. However, it is open for reconsideration as we might use other algorithms.
