Recruitment will be snowball using personal contacts, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram groups.

The research will make use of qualitative methods with a descriptive design.

The instruments and sources of data collection to answer research questions will be semi-structured interviews and focus groups.
The research will use thematic analysis and coding from a descriptive perspective to address the research questions.
