How do you define culture and climate? How are they connected? Which elements of school culture impact school achievement the most – based on your current situation?
I am a Middle School Special Education Teacher in a very low income school. We are in the inner city. Many of my students had not been to school in 2 years so they missed 2 years of school and are emotional, academically, and socially not ready for the grade that they are in.
