Write a reports, Air Florida flight 90, and American Eagle 4184. Using the knowledge and vocabulary of the previous assignment, guide your way through the reports to find the errors of judgement, errors of knowledge, and other human factor errors you detect. Also, out of the two reports, find something that you cannot believe they did not know at the time, but we more or less do today. These two reports in my opinion are packed with things that we can all learn from, and I am not providing anymore guidance on which way you take your paper. Just let your mind explore these reports.
