The paper should be well organized and demonstrate a professional writing style, with proper APA formatting.
Points will be deducted for issues with grammar and/or inappropriate APA formatting.
Proper citation (using APA format) must be incorporated into the paper. References must match the in-text citations. Reference page should be double spaced without extra spaces between references.
Do not use extensive quotations from the websites. No more than 2 direct quotes (1 sentence max per quote) are allowed; aside from those, you must convey the information in your own words.
Paper is to be a minimum of 5 pages – Word document (not pdf), Times New Roman font, 12 pt, 1-inch margins, double spaced. The 5-page minimum does NOT include the title page or references.
If assignments are submitted after the due date, 5 percentage points will be deducted for each day the assignment is late.
Assignments more than 1 week late will not be accepted.
Assignments that are not submitted correctly will be deemed late.
Turnitin will be used for paper submission. Turnitin similarity reports with Orange or Red flags will require a re-write and re-submission.
One of the selected websites for the Website Assignment is, Acog.org. As a High-risk labor and delivery nurse this website had curial information for patient. Caring for the childbearing population requires that the nurse give proper information and teaching in order for the childbearing mother to keep bother herself and the fetus safe. Providing patient access to this website will help them better understand any issues they may have. This website informs patient in a not so medical language meaning patients are better able to understand the information being presented to them. This website goes through the childbearing process. Second website is Pennmedicine.org this website has simple and important information mothers need in order to breastfeed effectively. It gives a breakdown on how much an infant should be consuming and how parents can determine if infants is getting enough feeding. Lactation
