3. do you believe that the government should be able to regulate what type of work a pregnant woman may engage in, or what she may be exposed to, during pregnancy?

4. what about someone with a compromised immune system, such as a person with aids or someone undergoing chemotherapy? Should employers or the government be involved in deciding what type of work activities and exposures are permissible for them or should it be left up to the worker to decide.

5. how would you determine the priorities of the rights that each one of these different parties has in these types of situation?
