“Refusing Unsafe Work” addresses the issues that arise based on The Home Depot. This is a situation that between you as the Safety Manager and an employee. In this situation, Martin (the worker) has refused to lower a larger order of tile from the overhead racking because the forklift he operates is leaking hydraulic fluid and is unsafe (in his opinion). When you first arrive at the Department you can see wisps of smoke emanating from the forklift’s engine.
