Please research one HR issue that has an equal opportunity component/violation to it (i.e., a violation of federal law) and, based upon your work in the course so far, outline what “should” have been done to prevent this type of occurrence. This may be an example of a case that has been recently resolved in the public, private or not for profit sectors depending upon your interests. Examine the dimensions of the issues involved and outline those issues (i.e., new employee orientation training, general training and development issues, classification and compensation issues, labor relations, management/supervisory problems, or other items).
