But I want to take it a step further and ask, “what is linguistics good for?” Clearly, it is a field of study that people get degrees in and eventually also find work that uses the skills and the knowledge they acquired. There are many and you might be surprised to see how varied they are. They seem to span so many areas of our lives. 2. Click on the link to read more about the topic you chose. 3.
