The purpose of this assignment is to investigate various wellness organizations that offer programming for corporate organizations. Based on the reading in your Chenoweth book you will want to use the sections of Mission and vision Statement as well realistic Results to help you answer the following questions.
Directions: You will select two of the organizations from the list provided to answer the following questions. If there is another program that you know of and are interested in writing about, you will need to submit the name of the program and the website. Submit the answers to your questions in a Word Document or PDF document to the appropriate dropbox with the file name: LastName_Module4

Each organization should be headed center with all questions answered as a list below, left justified.
Questions
1.) What is the mission and vision of the corporate wellness program?
2.) What resources are necessary for the employer and the employee to have in order to engage with the programs available through the wellness program/company?
3.) What is the funding or price of the program for the employer? (This may or may not be available. Note if there has to be demo done with the employer to receive this information.)
4.) Is there a specific employee health goal with using this program? If there are several goals, rank them in the perceived priority from the website.
5.) The website is often the first thing that an employer will see when deciding on potential program. What did you notice in the imaging that was used by the wellness program? Were there positives and negatives? Explain.
6.) Was it easy to find key stats about use of programs by employees, cost savings, or retention of employees after using the programs? List at least three that were highlighted in the website.
7.) Is the mission and vision statement easy to find? Copy and paste the mission and vision statement from the organization if available. Did they answer some of the questions from p.42 & p.43 in the Chenoweth text in the vision and mission statements? Indicate the questions that were answered well. IF you cannot find the mission and vision statements indicate which questions seem to be answered on the website for information.
