You have been given the names of one or two models of business organizations. For these, use an independent academic or business source (check the CCBC library databases, Google Scholar, etc.) to supplement the information in the textbook about them. In addition to your independent source, read chapter 2 in the textbook and view the PowerPoint slide show posted in this module. Research the models and write a report about the model. Name the model(s) you researched. What is the main focus of each model? Describe how workers are viewed. What do you think would be the predominant forms of communication? (Consider formal and informal, written and oral, mediated [use of technology]) What elements of this model do you believe exist in current organizations?
