Think about your appearance, accent or dialect, personality, social roles, and other outward things people might judge you based on. For example, dumb blonde, nerd, stay-at-home-mom, computer geek, introvert, helicopter parent, wild child, etc.)
With the information you know now about ethnocentric tendencies and overgeneralizations, what can you do in the future to be more flexible in stereotyping others? (Hint: Because stereotyping is an inevitable process, we can’t stop it, but we can manage it.)
