The paper that you will submit as the Capstone Artifact for this course will consist of a research paper on the topics discussed in Issues in Organization Leadership. Your task is to research a leadership-related topic discussed in your textbook. You will develop a hypothesis that contains two variables, an independent variable, and a dependent variable. The paper is in APA style, the body of the paper must be a minimum of six pages long. The body does not include the cover page, abstract, and reference page, in other words, all the other pages of your paper is what comprises the body of the paper. As sources, you will use peer-reviewed academic journal articles. That means that you will not be able to use Internet sites, magazines, books, etc. just the type of articles described above.
