For this assignment you are required to complete a biomechanics
laboratory portfolio that focuses on the following four key areas:
1. Motion capture
2. 2D video analysis & gait analysis
3. Force platform
4. Theory to Practice
Data for the portfolio will be provided on Aula. Within the portfolio you will be expected to demonstrate your understanding of biomechanical theory, your ability to analyse and interpret biomechanical data and your ability to apply understanding of biomechanical theory to specific sporting scenarios. The portfolio should be completed in full and submitted in order to fulfil the requirements of this assessment. The marks awarded for each question have been clearly indicated in the Lab Portfolio Proforma.
