Fair Housing Laws
Write a minimum of 3–5 typewritten full page papers on ALL the topics outlined below:
Please organize your answers and/or discussions to the corresponding topics as numbered below (i.e. #1, #2, and #3).
In your words, choose and describe at least five (5) of the protected classes under the Federal and State Housing laws. Do not merely copy the definition of the protected classes you chose (“cut & paste”) – I want to see that you understand it.
You may obtain resources beyond your textbook to get a definition of each of the protected classes.
Name and describe in your own words, three (3) activities clearly prohibited for Realtors to practice by the Fair Housing Laws.
Discuss things that you can do in your business practices to be sure that you are always (100%) in compliance with the requirements of the Fair Housing laws.
Your written assignment must be word-processed using 12-point type, either Times New Roman or Arial font, double spaced between lines, and the margins to be 1 inch on all four sides.
Excessive use of spacing between paragraphs will not count towards the page count.
Bibliographies quoted excerpts from articles, attachments.
Including or copying of the assignment topics in your posts or assignments is not included in any minimum or maximum page or word count requirement.
