A short research review report (article review) on a topic in aircraft design
and/or logistics management. The topic must address some kind of design or logistical
failure relating to aviation. The topic must not be a human issue; the point is to find
examples where the material or process failed, and recommended ways to prevent the
failure in the future. Human error can’t be designed out, so make sure that isn’t the cause or issue.
