Your assignment is to watch “Bang Bang Baby” the movie/musical. Once you are finished watching the movie or live play, please think back and come up with
your opinion. With that said, you need to address a few topics in your paper. You MUST speak about
the following topics: acting (style/dialect used/casting), set (production design-locations used),
costumes, sound (effects, live music, etc.), the directing of the film (what does the director have you see
and what can you NOT see if anything), and finally the lighting for the film (back lighting, dim lighting, all
front light, lots of shadows?, stylized light?, colored filters?). You may also speak of your opinion of the
production. Just make sure that you are addressing the before mentioned topics as well.
Please don’t give me a synopsis for the film. I want to know your
thoughts on the piece, not an overview of the storyline.
This is to be 2-3 pages Double Spaced (2 pages Minimum. Times New Roman font is to be used {this is
the default font in WORD} and the size should be set at 12.
If I find the paper unsatisfactory for any reason and there is still time for you to edit your paper or
rewrite it, I will send it back and tell you my thoughts.
