Now that we have read the Prometheus Bound play by Aeschylus and discussed the themes I want you to consider the theme of Tyranny vs Democracy and specifically defying the established order. This is something that has gone on from ancient times to our modern times.
For the assignment find 5 examples in history of the last 100 years that show a similar defiance to the established order. This could be a response to a dictator or tyrannical ruler trying to maintain power through brute force or intimidation or it could be a rebellion or uprising against a government or figure of authority such as a president.
Include an image showing something related to the event. Include the title and date of the event. Include 2-3 sentences for each explaining how it relates to the Prometheus story.
