This is a clincal report assessment. Report on what is done on the floor of a senior specialized care unit (Gentrolongy). Duties conducted and learnt includes, Activities of Daily Living (ADL), Perineal Care, Bed bath, Therapeutic relationship – Lived experience talk with client, assist with feeding, infection control procedures, mechanical transfer lift, PPE, Trivia games with seniors, isolation management. Pressure ulcer dressing, room & bed safety checks, vital signs done on patients, proper documentation, hourly rounds.
