There are interim deliverables due throughout the semester. As you select your project and begin the week-to-week assignments, be sure to apply critical thinking and analysis to enable recommendations of improvements that your real-life project could have made. Each of the interim deliverables is part of the Assignments area of Blackboard. Toward the session end, the full and comprehensive Signature Assignment will be due. This will consist of a document and analysis of the following mandatory sections:
Project Charter, Communications Plan, WBS, and Risk Plan. Other sections are optional, including Stakeholder Management Plan, Scope Definition, Cost Management Plan, and Network diagram, Quality Management Plan, Procurement Management Plan and formal Lessons Learned. Be sure to read the Signature Assignment document for detailed instructions.
