Please pick a current representative from either your district in House of Representatives or one of the two Senators from Indiana to research. You can use the following map to find your current House District: https://www.govtrack.us/congress/members/map. (Links to an external site.)After you locate your representative:
(1) (Links to an external site.)go to GovTrack (Links to an external site.) and Ballotpedia (Links to an external site.) to find out where your representative falls on the leadership and ideology charts, and view their most recently sponsored bills and votes on legislation; and (2) find your representative’s website and/or any recent news articles about your representative.
In at least two well-developed paragraphs, please include the following:
What experience does your representative have?;
What kinds of participation and voting records do they have?
Where do they stand on key issues?
Are there any recent news articles about your representative?; and
Citations to at least two credible sources.
