You can choose what it is, and if you are unsure you can consult the professor or a TA to ask if it is appropriate. Spelling and grammar count (5 points).
Carefully study how the mummy(s) are used and shown. Write a 750-1500 (3-6 pages double spaced) word essay describing:
1. What you picked and why (1 paragraph; 5 points)
2. Summarize the plot or focus (1 paragraph; 5 points)
3. What society/culture is represented and how mummies were used within the narrative (central or peripheral; 1 paragraph; 5 points)
4. Describe how factual this depiction of mummies was based on what you’ve learned in lecture and read in assigned articles. What was right, what was wrong? (2-3 paragraphs; 10 points)
