Prepare a three- to four-page double-spaced paper that addresses the following:
1. Describe how the above-stated case example relates to Competency 7: Assess Individuals, Families, Groups, Organizations, and Communities. Identify at least five potential Competency 7 components and discuss how each is relevant to the case and provide examples from the case study. For example, components of competency 7 could include how the case study addresses 1) individuals, 2) families, 3) groups, 4) organizations, and 5) communities. (0–10 points)
2. Describe how the case example relates to a second professional competency. Identify at least four components of that competency and discuss how each component is relevant to the case and provide examples from the case study. (0–10 points)
3. Describe how the competency you selected in Question 2 is interconnected to Competency 7 and discuss how the intersection impacts the case. Provide examples from the case study. (0–10 points)
4. Using a case from your field placement, describe an interaction that was related to Competency 7. Your description should include: (a) a brief description of context of the interaction, (b) a discussion of how Competency 7 was relevant to the interaction, (c) a description of your cognitive and affective reactions, and (d) your self-reflection upon what you did and what you would do differently. (0–15 points)
5. Your paper must have correct APA (6th ed.) formatting, be clearly written, and be free of spelling and grammatical errors. (0–5 points)
