iii. Detail negative consequences of the problem.

b. Include research you have conducted to learn more about the audience and their needs regarding the topic(s) (i.e., informational interviews, surveys, etc.). Actually speak with your identified audience.
c. Include details about the secondary or tertiary audience, if applicable.
d. Explain how you intend to use the results of the research on your audience(s) to resolve the problem(s)/gap(s).
