Your immediate next steps should focus on desirability (i.e., What do people need?) and continuing your interaction with your customers (EXPAND on the points below in your essay. If you don’t understand the contents, please use the index of the book to read the related contents. Some contents in Chapters 3, 4, and 7 are particularly useful):
focusing on more interviews to make sure there is a pattern around the needs identified (4 points);
early experimentation with customers by going back out and talking with customer about potential solutions (4 points);
early prototyping so potential customers can touch and feel what the solution would be like (2 points).
