If you don’t understand the contents, please use the index of the book to read the related contents. Some contents in Chapters 3, 4, and 7 are particularly useful):
focusing on more interviews to make sure there is a pattern around the needs identified (4 points);
early experimentation with customers by going back out and talking with customer about potential solutions (4 points);
early prototyping so potential customers can touch and feel what the solution would be like (2 points).
