The Reflection Essay should be three pages minimum double spaced. You are only allowed one line for your name at the top of the essay. You will not get credit for any additional lines for course name, my name, and etc.
The margins should be 1″ on all four sides and you should use 12 point font.
You should address the reflection questions in paragraph form. If you quote or paraphrase your actual book (Dare to Lead – Brené Brown) or any other source you should cite the source. Plagiarism of any form will not be tolerated.

You should attempt to develop a complete response to each question:
Reflect on what you have read (Dare to Lead – Brené Brown) in the past two weeks on the following questions. You should support your answer with information from the book. When reflecting, the question is not what did the author say, but why or how has this affected you personally or professionally as a leader.
Question 1:
Think about the following: What have you read from the author about ethics in sport leadership? What appears to be the author’s opinion on how a leader decides what is and is not ethical? Are the author’s recommendations on ethical leadership consistent with what is needed to be successful in sport management?
Answer the following questions: What does the author describe as the most important considerations to make when facing an ethical dilemma? Choose or create an ethical dilemma that could be faced in sport management (youth sport, intercollegiate sport, or professional sport) and describe how these considerations (from the previous question) would apply to making the most appropriate decision in this case.
Question 2:
Think about the following: The different varieties of leadership styles, as described by the author. What qualities or skills are important to be successfully strategic in sport leadership?
Answer the following questions: What are the primary types of individual leadership described in the text? Describe. In your opinion, which leadership style is the most effective and why? Which of the strategic qualities or skills described in Chapter 7 are most important for a leader to possess? Why?
