I need a thesis statement / outline that talks about Consumer Protection Rights. The statement should talk about how some states in the US have implemented such laws but others haven’t. Explain how in contrast the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) in Europe has adapted such laws that better protect its consumers. And finally, any suggestions as to how to apply these was as at a national level. Former president Obama tried at some point; however he was unsuccessful. Any other ideas are welcome.
