For this assignment you will be responsible to provide the following information regarding your Fitness Assessment:

Explain why the psychology of exercise is instrumental in behavioral coaching: When working on your own fitness program and When working with others? (Refer to the “Determinants of Participation in Exercise” and the “Stages of Change Model” within the attachment and in your readings).
Using the attached “TMBC Stage of Change Model Worksheet”
Identify your current Stage of Change.
How will understanding your current Stage of Change assist you with Exercise and Lifestyle goal setting?
Identify and define your personal Exercise and Lifestyle Goals (Use attached “NASM Goal Setting Worksheet”, show your work via typed narrative using each item identified on the worksheet).
In your opinion, describe the need for Fitness Assessments of your clients.
