Briefly: (a) state your research problem, (b) explain its significance to urban higher education and (c) state your proposed dissertation topic in 13 words or less.

-Research Problem: Students with disabilities not attending IHLs and their reasoning.
-Significance: There is an increase of students with disabilities who either choose not to further their education at an IHL or they attend and do not graduate.
-Proposed Dissertation Topic: Reasons African American students with disabilities don’t graduate or choose IHLs.

List any additional topics you are interested in as related to catalyst leadership in an urban or metropolitan setting as well as any particular areas of weaknesses you would like to study in more depth.
