Below are the instructions from my professor and attached is an example my teammate wrote on her workplace initiative.
Scenario
The CEO of your organization is concerned about employee retention and numerous unfilled positions. She has asked your group to research strategies at other organizations. She wants to know if incorporating 2-3 initiatives at your organization would benefit the organization in any way.
Explore how a minimum of three companies incorporate your chosen initiatives into their corporate culture. Many organizations have public reports on these initiatives. Please share statistics and key facts. We’re trying to identify how certain initiatives might solve our retention and recruitment problem.

Discuss your recommendations for incorporating these initiatives or not. Present a minimum of three feasible ways that the organization can implement the initiatives. If your group has decided not to recommend the initiatives, present three reasons why.
