Final Project Submission: Strategic HR Plan Assignment

Submit your final project. It should address each of the four sections (People, Organization, Workplace, and Behavioral Competencies) that focus on HR initiatives that move across an organization.

Professors Announcement & Recommendations:
Starting in week nine, you are to explore inward and outward analyses of risk management. Here everyone will examine background and reference checks, HR audits, and business continuity planning. You will begin by reading the following SHRM toolkits: Conducting Background Investigation and Reference Checks, Conducting Human Resource Audits, and Managing Through Emergency and Disaster. Each of these toolkits offers links to optional additional content, which you can use to delve deeper into a topic or cite evidence.

The task for this module is the completion of the final project. For three sections of the final project, you will identify HR initiatives for the HR knowledge domains of people, organization, and workplace while applying what you determine is the appropriate behavioral competency. For the fourth section, you will recommend a set of HR initiatives that move across an organization while using a combination of behavioral competencies. You must support your analysis with cited evidence and workplace examples. Please review the Final Project Guidelines and Rubric document.
