In the second presentation, you will present the class with the key elements of the environmental management plan. Be sure to review the course materials for each of these components as you develop your management plan. Keep in mind that we are all learning by doing this session, too. The specific stakeholder groups, vision statement, goals, or objectives you present today may change as you work towards the final management plan. This is part of the environmental management and planning process.
Please include all of the following content:
Title, speaker (as you wish to be addressed by your colleagues), date, venue (e.g., class details)
Topic
Stakeholder groups
Vision statement
Overarching goal(s)
Objective(s) of each goal

Be scientific and objective. Leave personal bias out of the presentation. Avoid writing in the first person. Write the script for a professional scientific audience. Consider who you would present such a presentation to, as it would likely be the “meat” of a formal presentation to a diverse group of stakeholders. If there is specific technical language involved, explain it to the audience. Review the grading rubric to understand how your presentation will be awarded credit. Cite all sources using APA style format.
