(1) GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS—You will select oneof the Top 100 Hospitals from the U.S. News and Report List and analyze the HR practices for that organization. The U.S. News and Report list can be accessed at the following link: http://health.usnews.com/best-hospitals/rankingsfor each major health category. The Top 20 Honor Roll for U.S. News can be accessed at https://health.usnews.com/health-care/best-hospitals/slideshows/the-honor-roll-of-best-hospitals. You can select a healthcare organization from either list to conduct your analysis. This assignment gives you an opportunity to apply what you have learned in class when analyzing your selected organization. Your analysis should focuson the HR practices for that organization. You will need to do extensive research of your organization to complete this assignment. Use the HR Issue Matrix to identify three issues that you can analyze and develop recommendations. Please include a List of Works Cited at the end of your written analysis.
