Share the game-winning move you selected for your company.
The game-winning move I selected for my company Allstate, is New Distribution Channels. This move has a greater iimpact to allow us to stay relevant in the insurance sector and create a dominance (1.) We currently have two channels in which a prospective customer can get a quote and/or create a policy. Those channels are direct with call center or through an agency. A new distribution channel would meet potential customers where they are-on the internet. Say a customer is searching on an car vending wensite such as Carvana. A little box pops up and ask if they would need insurance or would like a free quote. If they click yes, then customer would be directed to our new website that can provide a fast and accurate quote.
Identify the most significant challenges you will face in successfully implementing your proposed move. These could be cultural, financial, operational, or any other factors that could undermine your new strategy.

A failed execution is demoralizing. It undermines the effort that the team has put into the project and can leave the organization in a worse place than it was before the new strategy was developed. (2.) So it best to identify potential challenges and implement a plan to overcome those. With the proposed strategy, there would be the partnership with other organizatiions such as Carvana. They may want more money than originally plan to create a partnership. Retraining staff or coordinating a team can be a challenge as it involves a considerable amount of time ti impement training for employees for a large, diverse organization.

Before implementing the strategy, a plan needs to be set in other words, make sure our house is in order. The list of barriers to success may seem discouraging. But systematically group and analyze them until you have a manageable list of necessary, though not sufficient, conditions for success. (2.) We may want to get the new strategy implemted as soon as possible, but taking on all tasks at one time can lead to challenges. The best approach is tackle one task at a time and prsent a reasonable timeline to begin implementing the new startegy.

How will you “sell” the plan to generate buy-in?

It is to be expected this may not go over with everyone, including stakeholders. Our plan needs to be startegically presented as many wanna know what this is gonna cost and how when can we expect to see a profit. Sharing the strategy or vision with stakeholders, employees, or other pertinent personel can bring everyone onboard. Being receptive to feedback can als sell the plan. People tend to disagree with what they don’t know or have been blindsided by.
