why?
Separately, which do you think has the broadest appeal to the American public, and why?

Racial disparities – For those born in 2001, 1 in 3 black men will be incarcerat ed in their lifetime, while 1 in 6 Latino men will experience the same. Only 1 in 17 white men will share the same fate. This despite the fact that non-Hispanic whites make up two-thirds of the population (not counting immigrant pops), while Blacks and Hispanics each make up about 13% of the total population.
