In this course, you have studied leadership characteristics and abilities. These range from traits of transformational leadership to conflict resolution skills that influential leaders typically demonstrate.
For your final project in this course, select a person who you believe is an influential leader. This person can be a globally-known CEO such as Elon Musk or someone whom you closely work with in your work environment. Once you identify this leader, create an 8-10 slide, narrated PowerPoint presentation to analyze this person’s leadership style based on the following areas:
What types of leadership roles does this person possess?
What are this person’s leadership traits and characteristics?
What is this person’s leadership style(s)?
How does this person handle a crisis as a leader?
How does this person display ethical and moral leadership principles?
Which influence tactics does this leader use?
How does this person foster teamwork?
How does this person resolve conflicts?
How does this person foster creativity and innovation as a leader?
Does this person demonstrate global leadership skills?
Recommendations for any of the above areas that this person should improve.
Your narrated PowerPoint presentation should have the following criteria:
Each slide has an audio component (narration).
Each slide includes notes in the notes section.
The presentation includes a cover and a reference slide.
At least 8-10 slides (excluding the cover and the references page)
Once you finalize and save your narrated presentation as a video (MP4) file, upload it to YouTube and submit both the YouTube link and the PowerPoint presentation with your slide notes to this assignment
