7 sources of various types (book, article, website [.org, .edu, .gov etc.]). Note that 5 of your sources must be from peer-reviewed, scholarly journals and be primary research articles.
Sources focused around a narrowed issue or question of inquiry.
Adherence to APA format for all citations.
Sources in alphabetical order according to author.
Thoughtful and complete annotations of about 150 words each.
Correct grammar, punctuation, and spelling.
Specific Guidelines for writing an annotated bibliography and what your assignment should mirror include:
Cite the source in proper APA format. The citations should be organized in alphabetical order by author just as in an APA References page.
Follow with a brief annotation that summarizes, ideally in your own words, the source. By brief, each annotation should be about 150 words. Although you may quote from the source, do not simply copy and paste the abstract as this is plagiarism.
Directly following the annotation, in a paragraph, explain the source’s relevance and importance to your issue along with how the source adds to your knowledge about your topic.
