As a project manager, you will be given projects in your area of technical expertise and also those of which you are not an expert. In either case, you need to develop your activity list and network diagram, focusing on the preceding activity. This step is common to all but one activity projects.
Each team member needs to submit the response but all team members will receive the same grade. Once you have the activity list and network diagram, the next step is to estimate duration, resources and cost for each activity.
The final step is to use the durations to identify the critical path and develop your Gantt Chart.
