Topic: Alarm Fatigue on Nurses
Use this Quantitative Research Article to develop this project:
Bi, J., Yin, X., Li, H., Gao, R., Zhang, Q., Zhong, T., … & Li, Z. (2020). Effects of monitor alarm management training on nurses’ alarm fatigue: A randomized controlled trial. Journal of clinical nursing, 29(21-22), 4203-4216.
No more than 6-8 pages total (NOT including references and title page). The paper is divided according to the grading rubric. Make sure that the research critique paper is formatted in a way that follows the outline provided below and that each of the questions in each section is adequately addressed in the paper to receive full credit (see outline below). Your paper should be organized using primary and secondary headers per APA guidelines and follow the outline below (the format).
REMEMBER THE QUESTIONS BELOW ARE NOT YES OR NO QUESTIONS, you must provide sufficient detailed explanations demonstrating that you understand and have read the corresponding textbook chapters when answering the questions in each section of the paper. Additionally, ANYTHING that is not your original opinion (of which there should not be any in this paper) needs to be cited and supported with evidence from either your textbook or another reliable resource. For instance, when writing answers to the questions below you cannot simply repeat the question as an answer or state yes or no. See the example below.
Question: Was the literature review up-to-date and based on primary sources?
Unacceptable Response: Yes, the literature review was up to date and based on primary sources. That does not answer the question this response repeats the question without answering it. I am looking for responses that demonstrate that you understand how to answer the question because you have done the readings.
Acceptable Response: The literature review includes an up-to-date review of the literature on the topic of complementary therapies used among breast cancer patients with most of the references ranging from 2017-to 2021 with approximately 10 of the 15 references in this section consisting largely of original research articles demonstrating the use of primary research sources.

This response is informed and demonstrates an understanding of what primary resources are and what state of the art is in relation to the literature review by specifically mentioning both the date range and a number of references found specifically in the literature review section. This response could just as easily state that the literature review is up to date with references ranging from 2017-to 2021 but the majority of the supporting literature stems from secondary rather than primary sources with 10 of the 14 articles respectively. This is how all the responses need to be done throughout the paper because yes and no responses without supporting evidence do not demonstrate understanding of how to critique the different sections of a quantitative research article.
YOU MUST SUBMIT THE FULL-TEXT ARTICLE OR LINK TO THE FULL-TEXT ARTICLE WITH YOUR THE PAPER!!!!!!!!! This assignment cannot be graded without the article.
