Research Review Analysis: Psychological, Gender, and Cultural Diversity **Please Read Instructions**
Review the readings this week on psychological, gender, and cultural diversity. Compose a review of the readings using these steps:
A. Summarize the thesis (main argument) of each article and any supporting evidence for it.
B. Discuss the premises of each chapter and any important models.
C. Identify and summarize one substantive element of each chapter you found interesting or useful.
D. Compare and contrast all three substantive elements.
E. Describe and explain one applicable lesson for organizational leadership from each article.
NOTE Required Elements: Keep direct quotes to a minimum. Direct quotes are permissible for definitions or profound statements but strive to use your own words to summarize and paraphrase Key theories and concepts need to be included.
