MODULE 6 – Your Signature Assignment should be focused on Risk Management, and Optionally Quality or Procurement Management.
This will consist of a document and analysis of the following mandatory sections:
Project Charter, Communications Plan, WBS, and Risk Plan. Other sections are optional, including Stakeholder Management Plan, Scope Definition, Cost Management Plan, Network diagram, Quality Management Plan, Procurement Management Plan, and formal Lessons Learned.
