This project is for a capital request to switch to solar energy in a warehouse. It will be in the Environmental Social governance ESG framework. I just need this paper to reflect on how switching to solar energy could help under the “Social Criteria” only. Remember I just need the research paper to be on the “Social Criteria” of ESG and how switching to solar energy can help the company. For example, poor lighting can be a safety hazard and lead to misjudgment of the position, shape, or speed of an object can lead to incidents and injury.
