This component of the Capstone Project will present a problem
statement, brief descriiption of the policy environment and setting related to the public policy/topic you selected, which is the importance of electrical vehicles. More importantly, how we can utilize for example, the Department of Corrections (Inmates) to kick start the process of converting gasoline run vehicles to electrical powered vehicles in exchange for sentence modifications.
