The thesis that I am asking your support on is regarding the quality of work-life and its impact on job satisfaction at Kind Abdulaziz University. I need to measure the QWL and its relation to employee satisfaction.
1- Research Objectives:
1. To understand the literature on Quality of Work Life.
2. To analyze the Quality of Work Life at Kind Abdulaziz University.
3. To Find out the Nature of The Association Between Quality of Work Life and Job Satisfaction.

• First thing, please prepare or find a questionnaire based on the objectives so I can get it approved by my supervisor then I will proceed with distributing it on the sample while you are doing the introduction and the literature
